Doubles Clinics

Three sessions of doubles clinics are a great opportunity to focus on all the aspects of your doubles game. If you looking to improve your shots in doubles, positioning, strategy, plays for key situations, it is all here.

Programme:

  1. Doubles tennis drills & games, winning doubles tactics and strategy
  2. Master your net game – position on court
  3. Communication in doubles – working as a team

Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is a high energy fitness session based on tennis drills. It’s a fast-moving exciting alternative to the gym. It does not require tennis skills, but is all about keeping your heart rate up, burning calories and having fun. Great way to stay in shape. For all levels including beginners.

Fitness for Tennis & Games

This session is based on fitness training to improve your performance on court. It is an excellent opportunity to build your strength, flexibility, endurance, agility, explosive power and speed needed for tennis. Tennis fitness will give you a great physical workout, fast tennis drills and fun.

Spanish Drills Session

This is a great session if you would like to improve your speed and footwork. Based on the Spanish drills philosophy of hitting as many balls as possible whilst working largely on footwork and movement around the court. This is a similar session to Blood, Sweat and Tears.

Squash into Tennis

If you think you can challenge a tennis player to a match, this lesson will be useful. It is a great session for squash players to use their racket skills and fitness on the different court with different ball. Give it a try.

We have a wide range of group lessons for children and teenagers – from beginners to experienced players.
