Where minutes are taken of meetings, they are normally approved at the next meeting and may then be requested from the Club Administrator.

Welfare Officer

With Mark Braden, Hilary is a Welfare Officer responsible for creating a safe and inclusive venue for everyone. Hilary and Mark are the main point of contact for all children and adults to report any concerns and disclosures, handling these in a calm and sensitive manner in line with the club’s safeguarding policy.
